What AI actually changes about your marketing workflow.

The opportunity is not to remove the person. It is to give that person more time for the work that needs judgement.

Choose the problem before the tool

Start with a task that happens often and takes more time than it should. It might be organising campaign ideas, adapting approved copy or preparing a first draft. A clearly defined problem makes it easier to decide whether AI is useful at all.

Put your standards into the process

A tool cannot infer every detail of your business. Give it a clear brief, approved source material and examples of the language you use. Decide what needs to stay consistent and what can be explored. That groundwork is part of the creative work.

Keep human review where it matters

Check facts, names, claims and visual details before publishing. Review whether the work sounds like the brand and helps the customer. Producing something quickly is only valuable when the result is fit for its purpose.

Measure the workflow, not the novelty

Compare the time spent producing, reviewing and correcting the output with your previous process. If revisions erase the time saved, improve the brief or choose a narrower task. A useful workflow is one you can repeat with confidence.
