Privacy notice

This website collects the information you choose to share in a project enquiry: your name, email address, optional website, service interest and project description. Optional fields can be left blank.

How your information is used

Your enquiry details are used to understand your project and respond to you. The brief builder saves a copy, then lets you choose WhatsApp or your email app to send the message directly. You must press Send in that app to complete delivery; preparing a brief does not automatically send an email or WhatsApp message. Those services process the information under their own privacy policies. Subscribing to the newsletter separately allows your email address to be used for occasional marketing updates. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. They are not published on the website. Website hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the site.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your submitted details, or removal from the newsletter list, by emailing asenathimondleki@gmail.com or describing your request in the brief builder. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in your project brief.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics. The hosting platform may use cookies or similar mechanisms for access and security.
